The proposed project is located at the end of a residential subdivision at Nottingham Dr. & Yonge Street. The location is also very central to several residential subdivisions in the surrounding area.
The Concept is developed for a local facility that encourages pedestrian access to service the immediate community and to become a small scale neighbourhood landmark.
Sustainability features and LEED Certification may be considered subject to project economics and municipal cooperation.
